\n2. Provide English course to students of all ages (2 to 12 mainly);
\n3. Give demonstration classes to new and prospective students and participate in marketing activities;
\n4. Attend weekly meetings, training, workshops and do all the required paperwork (lesson plans, study plans, activity planning, etc);
\n5. Handle class sizes from 4-6;
\n6. 5 working days per week, available (must work )on weekend;
\n7. Working hours per week: 35 (23h teaching + non-teaching); Benefits Package
\n1. Basic salary: 12,000 to16,000+ RMB per month;
\n2. Bonus system
\na. Contract completion bonus: 6000 RMB;
\nb. Bonus for new teacher recommendation;
\nc. Overtime pay: 150 RMB per extra class taught,
\nd. Quarterly efficiency bonus: 0-6000 RMB depending on performance

\na. Housing allowance: 1,000 RMB per month;
\nb. Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB on the completion of the contract;
