Very often you\u2019d come across professors in some U.S. college or teachers training institute<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0that aren\u2019t capable of interacting with international students in an ideal manner. Their comments, assumptions, interactions and other classroom management techniques<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>will often affect the students adversely.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Dos and Don\u2019ts of International Classroom Management:<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Do: <\/strong>Accept the fact that someone might be more articulate in writing English than speaking the language fluently due to the challenges posed by accent and other key factors.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Don\u2019t:\u00a0 <\/strong>Few of the classroom management strategies support the idea of students completing projects in groups. Never let them create groups with partners that they are comfortable in communicating things. Allowing students to form their preferred groups will compel the international students to play the role of an outsider community. The latter group won\u2019t be making effective progress in online teachers training<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>courses due to their accent and other language obstacles.<\/p>\r\n
